Slip budget = (Expected slip = long-term slip rate*time) - (cumulative aseismic slip + cumulative coseismic slip)

We assume the Long Term Slip Rate (LTSR) = 0.033 meters/year

We assume that the aseismic slip rates used in this study are valid for the entire time period since 1857
